A gorgeous little studio tucked behind the pink door on Duthy Street, Malvern. Run by the wonderful Alexis, Crafternoon Co is exactly the kind of place you didn't know you needed until you walk in — and then you never want to leave.
"We absolutely loved Crafternoon Co. The kids were completely absorbed for hours — even our most energetic ones sat still and focused. Alexis has created something really special here. It's become our go-to for school holiday mornings in Adelaide."

Neurodiverse tip
The studio is calm, structured, and sensory-friendly. Each child works at their own pace with their own project — no competition, no noise, just making. Brilliant for kids who need a quiet creative outlet.

Victoria's biggest theme park and water park in one. The lazy river, waterslides, and Oasis Springs water park are genuinely brilliant for big families — and the private cabana is an absolute game-changer.
"The private cabana is non-negotiable for big families. Having your own base makes the whole day so much more relaxed — no hunting for chairs, no losing each other in the crowd."
— Sarah
Neurodiverse tip
The lazy river is a low-stimulation option for sensory-sensitive kids. The private cabana gives you a quiet retreat away from the crowds. Avoid peak school holiday weekends if noise and crowds are a challenge.

Our favourite resort on earth for big families. Yanuca Island is its own private island connected by a causeway — the Bula spirit is real, the staff remember your kids' names, and the inflatable water park on the beach is pure joy.
"Fiji is our number one destination and Shangri-La Yanuca is the reason why. The Bula spirit is the most welcoming thing in the world — every single staff member makes your kids feel like the most important people on the island."
— Sarah
Neurodiverse tip
The resort is spread out and relatively uncrowded outside peak season. The Little Chiefs Club has structured activities which works well for kids who need routine. The beach is calm and shallow — great for sensory-sensitive swimmers.
